Insurance is Mandatory for just about any people have been NOT licensed in Spring 2016 exterior Soccer at QYSA:

To receive Early Bird Pricing, enrollment should be paid in full by July 17th.

Registration fee includes: 1 refereed online game and another practice weekly, group uniform (jersey, short pants and socks) and a group picture.

QYSA provides a household rebate of $50.00 if registering 3 or even more kids (discount pertains to one youngster).
We also offer a mentoring rebate of $10.00 if you coach your son or daughter's team.

After Sept 11th, registrants are going to be placed on a waitlist - registration fee is completely refundable if QYSA struggles to place player on a group.
Registration must certanly be paid in complete before player is assigned to a group.
